The family of Deacon Charles E. Fanning, Sr., in connection with Holy Light Church of Deliverance, has established a $500 memorial scholarship in his name. It provides financial support to a full-time or part-time college undergraduate or vocational student who is an active member of Holy Light Church of Deliverance.
Deacon Fanning served his country in the United States Navy, and served his church faithfully as an usher, choir member and deacon. This scholarship carries that legacy of service forward.
