Carruth and family moved to Portsmouth to pastor Holy Light Church of Deliverance, with a humble membership of 13 people. Get to know the man behind the light house!	Developing our students to thirst for knowledge and to continually educate and motivate them in pursuit of even a more formal education and service to God.

With various programs for our youth/kids there is always something happening at HLCD!	These are the ministries within HLCD that keeps the vison alive on a daily basis.	Join us every Sunday morning at 9 AM for our Sunday School pragrams for all ages.
